The Diners Club® Secure Messages or other authorized user of the site (herein "you" or "your") is subject to the following terms and conditions and the terms of your Organization's contract(s) with Diners Club.

Access to the site is granted through your user identification and password. By clicking the "Accept" button when this page is displayed the first time you access the site, you represent and warrant that you are an employee of the Organization, the Organization has a current, open account relationship with Diners Club and you are requesting information within the scope of your employment with such Organization. You further represent that you will access, share, disseminate or otherwise use the data provided to you only as authorized by such Organization and Diners Club, that you will use the data solely in your capacity as a Diners Club customer and in conjunction with an active Diners Club charge account relationship for information management purposes. Use of the data for any other purpose is prohibited. You also agree to maintain the data as confidential and proprietary information at all times.
